CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

You can purchase cancellation insurance at the time of your booking. If you have subscribed to it and cancel your trip, the insurance conditions will apply. ❗️ Without insurance, the organizer reserves the right to retain the entirety of the amounts paid, according to the standard cancellation terms.

If the organizer cancels due to force majeure, insufficient number of participants, or for security reasons, you will be fully refunded or offered an alternative, such as a voucher. ❗️ In case of cancellation by the organizer, the amount paid for the cancellation insurance will not be refunded.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• ❗️ Schedule changes may occur due to unpredictable factors (traffic conditions, weather, etc.).
• The day before departure, an email will be sent to you with additional information (departure details, WhatsApp group link, etc.).
  ❗️Please check your SPAM folder if you haven't received the email.
• Your tour leader will provide all the essential information about the destination. However, they are not a specialized tour guide. If you wish to have expert guide services, these can be arranged with local guides at an additional cost.
• The proposed visits are suggestions and can be adjusted according to your personal preferences and the pace of the day.
• It is possible to travel solo, provided that you adhere to the scheduled times.

If you have children under 10, here are the trips where they are welcome with a special discounted rate for them.
