In September, Dieppe hosts the International Kite Festival. Between the 13th and the 21st, the sky above the town fills with hundreds of colorful kites. More than 200 participants from 28 countries showcase their creations, from the largest to the most original, to amaze both young and old.

During the day, you can admire the narrated flights and choreographies, take part in workshops to learn how to fly a kite, or simply enjoy the spectacle in the sky. The festival also offers concerts, exhibitions, and parades in the city, creating a joyful and friendly atmosphere.

In the historic center, you can wander through the streets and discover artisan shops, while the castle remains an unmissable landmark. Local restaurants offer fish and seafood specialties, freshly and simply prepared.

Dieppe and the Kite Festival are perfect for a family or friends outing, to enjoy the sea, the festival, and spend a beautiful day by the seaside.

Departure for Dieppe

• 7:40 am – Departure for Dieppe
• 07:40 am: Meeting point at 26-28 bis Place de la Nation, 75012 Paris.
• 08:00 am: Departure to Dieppe aboard a comfortable coach, enjoy the trip and the scenery.
• Around 11:00 – 11:30 am: Arrival in Dieppe. Start with a walk on the beach or along the harbor, breathe the sea air, and admire the colorful kites of the festival dancing in the sky, delighting young and old alike.
• Noon: Lunch break in a local restaurant to savor freshly prepared fish and seafood specialties.
• Afternoon: Explore the historic center of Dieppe, stroll through the picturesque streets, admire the castle, or enjoy the festival activities.
• End of the day 🌅: Finish with a final walk on the beach or seafront, enjoying the sunset and the festive atmosphere.
• 5:00 pm – Return to Paris
• Expected arrival around 9:30 pm
