Finishing location & time: Indira Gandhi International Airport (Delhi Airport) on 10 September (anytime).
Note: If you are leaving earlier or later, please us know in the sheet that will be shared with you closer to the event date, so that we can accordingly make the relevant drop-off arrangements.

- Flying is the fastest way to reach Delhi (Indira Gandhi International Airport) with direct flights from most European cities.

Other Important Advice:
- Visa is required for most participants, so you can either apply for visa yourself or we can apply it on your behalf for an additional fee (refer to add-on’s for more info on this matter).
- Acclimatise gradually to higher altitudes to prevent altitude sickness, especially during the Manali to Leh road trip.
- Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water to combat the effects of high altitude.
- The road trip to Leh & beyond can be challenging due to altitude changes.
WHAT IS THE PLAN ?
Day 0 (Wed, 28 Aug) – Arrival in Delhi
Upon landing at Delhi Airport, meet your guide for the trip and head to your accommodation.
Day 1 – Delhi Sighseeing
Explore the vibrant streets of both Old and New Delhi, visiting iconic landmarks such as the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, India Gate, Parliament House, and Humayun’s Tomb. Experience the rich history and cultural diversity of Delhi.
Day 2 –Taj Mahal & Agra
Depart earlx for Agra to marvel at the majestic Taj Mahal, a symbol of eternal love. Explore the Agra Fort and other historical sites before returning to Delhi in the evening.
Day 3 –Jaipur sightseeing

Depart early from Jaipur to Delhi and then board an overnight bus to Manali.
Day 5 – Manali Sightseeing
Discover the charm of Manali by visiting attractions such as Hadimba Temple, Vashisht Hot Springs, and the Tibetan Monastery. Take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and peaks.
Day 6 – Manali to Jispa
Continue your adventure as you travel from Manali to Jispa, a picturesque village nestled along the Bhaga River. Enjoy the scenic drive through mountain passes and valleys, soaking in the beauty of the Himalayas.
Day 7 (Wed, 4 Sep) – Jispa to Leh Road Trip
Embark on a thrilling journey from Jispa to Leh, traversing high-altitude passes and rugged landscapes. Experience the awe-inspiring beauty of the Himalayas as you make your way to the ancient city of Leh.
Day 8 – Leh Sightseeing
Take time to acclimatize to the high altitude while exploring Leh’s cultural treasures, including Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, and the bustling local market. Relax and enjoy the unique atmosphere of this Himalayan town.
Day 9 – Nubra Valley
Venture into the enchanting Nubra Valley, including visiting Diskit Monastery, Hunder Sand Dunes, and other scenic spots. Encounter the region’s unique landscapes, including sand dunes and double-humped camels.
Day 10 – Pangong Lake
Journey to the breathtaking Pangong Lake, renowned for its stunning blue waters. Spend the day soaking in the tranquility of this remote Himalayan lake, surrounded by majestic mountains.
Day 11 (Sun, 8 Sep) – Return to Leh
Bid farewell to Pangong Lake and return to Leh, where you can enjoy a leisurely day exploring the town or relaxing at your hotel. Reflect on the incredible experiences of your journey through the Himalayas.
Day 12 – Departure from Leh
Fly back to Delhi from Leh Airport, marking the end of your Himalayan adventure. Transfer to your hotel in Delhi for a final night’s stay, reminiscing about the memories created during your trip.
Day 13 (Tue, 10 Sep) – Departure from Delhi back home
Conclude your journey with a transfer to Delhi Airport for your onward flight, carrying forward with you the memories of your unforgettable exploration of India’s diverse landscapes and cultural heritage.
