Synevyr National Nature Park

Location and Overview

Synevyr National Nature Park is located in the Carpathian Mountains of western Ukraine. Covering over 40,000 hectares, it ranks among the larger national parks in the country. The closest international airport is Lviv Danylo Halytskyi International Airport. From there, rent a car or take a bus to the park, approximately a 4-hour drive.

By Train

Trains from Kyiv or Lviv can take you to Mizhhiria, the nearest town. From Mizhhiria, hire a taxi or take a local bus to the park entrance.

By Bus

Direct buses from major Ukrainian cities to Mizhhiria are available, with journeys taking 6-7 hours depending on your starting point. From Mizhhiria, local transportation will get you to the park.

  • Taxis: Available in Mizhhiria, taxis can take you to the park entrance. Negotiate fares beforehand.
