About this trip
Spend a day in Étretat, where Normandy's white chalk cliffs frame the sea, the famous needle rises just offshore and coastal paths open onto sweeping views. The trip leaves Paris by coach and gives you free time to discover the beach, the cliffs and the town at your own pace.
You can walk towards the Falaise d'Amont, admire the Aiguille d'Étretat, explore the contemporary sculptures and viewpoints of the Étretat Gardens, or follow the town's Arsène Lupin connection at Maurice Leblanc's former home. Garden, museum and leisure admissions are optional, paid separately and subject to their current opening conditions.

Cliffs, needle and beach
- Falaise d'Amont: a viewpoint over the cliffs and sea, accessible from Avenue Damilaville.
- Aiguille d'Étretat: the needle-shaped rock that has become the town's emblem, visible from the seafront.
- Étretat beach: time by the sea beneath the chalk cliffs.
Gardens, museums and local food
- Étretat Gardens: contemporary sculptures and panoramic coastal views; admission is not included.
- Nungesser and Coli monument and museum: a site connected with the two French aviators; admission is not included.
- Le Clos Lupin - Maurice Leblanc's house: discover the home of the creator of Arsène Lupin; admission is not included.
- Normandy flavours: seafood, artisan ice cream and local dishes are available in town at your own expense.
These visits are suggestions for independent discovery rather than guided or included activities. Opening hours and admission prices vary by season, so check them directly with each venue.

Who can join?
The trip is open to all ages and nationalities. Children under 13 have a dedicated child fare. You may travel alone and explore independently, provided that you respect the announced meeting and departure times.

The trip is confirmed subject to a minimum of 30 participants. The day before departure, additional instructions, including the final departure details and group information, are sent by email; check your spam folder if you do not receive them.

For day trips, optional cancellation insurance provides a 100% refund with supporting documentation for an eligible reason, or a 70% refund without supporting documentation. Without insurance, the ticket is non-refundable but may be transferred by providing the replacement participant's first and last name.
