Walk through Rouen's historic centre and its half-timbered streets. Discover the Gothic cathedral that inspired Claude Monet, the Gros-Horloge and Place du Vieux-Marché, linked to the story of Joan of Arc. A guided exploration is followed by free time for lunch and sightseeing.

Giverny and Claude Monet

Continue through the Normandy countryside to Giverny, where Monet lived for more than forty years. Visit the Claude Monet Foundation, including his house, colourful flower gardens, Japanese bridge and famous water-lily pond, then enjoy free time in the village.

Itinerary

• 8:30 AM: departure from Porte Maillot, Paris.
• Morning: guided exploration of central Rouen, followed by free time for lunch and sightseeing.
• Afternoon: transfer to Giverny, visit to the Claude Monet Foundation and free time in the village.
• Evening: return to Paris, with the event scheduled to end around 9:00 PM.

Tickets and optional insurance

The live booking form currently lists Early Bird at €35, Regular at €40 and Last Ticket at €45. Availability can change in real time.

Optional cancellation insurance is offered during booking for approximately €3. According to the event description, it can refund 70% of the trip price without justification and up to 100% with valid justification, subject to the insurer's terms.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

You can purchase cancellation insurance at the time of your booking. If you have subscribed to it and cancel your trip, the insurance conditions will apply. ❗️ Without insurance, the organizer reserves the right to retain the entirety of the amounts paid, according to the standard cancellation terms.

If the organizer cancels due to force majeure, insufficient number of participants, or for security reasons, you will be fully refunded or offered an alternative, such as a voucher. ❗️ In case of cancellation by the organizer, the amount paid for the cancellation insurance will not be refunded.

• ❗️ Schedule changes may occur due to unpredictable factors (traffic conditions, weather, etc.).
• The day before departure, an email will be sent to you with additional information (departure details, WhatsApp group link, etc.).
  ❗️Please check your SPAM folder if you haven't received the email.
• Your tour leader will provide all the essential information about the destination. However, they are not a specialized tour guide. If you wish to have expert guide services, these can be arranged with local guides at an additional cost.
• The proposed visits are suggestions and can be adjusted according to your personal preferences and the pace of the day.
• It is possible to travel solo, provided that you adhere to the scheduled times.
