About this trip
Discover the Bay of Somme on a day trip combining wild seal watching at low tide, a picnic by the sea, a walk through the sand dunes and free time in the seaside village of Le Crotoy.
Travel from Paris with a friendly international group. Most participants are aged 20 to 39 and travel solo, but the day is open to everyone, whatever their age or nationality.

Program
- 8:00 AM: meet at Porte d’Orléans in Paris; the exact meeting point is shown on the ticket.
- 8:05 AM: meet and greet.
- 8:10 AM: ticket checks and bus boarding.
- 8:30 AM: bus departure.
- 12:00 PM–2:20 PM: seaside stop for wild seal watching at low tide from a free observation point, a picnic on the sand or rocks and a walk through the dunes.
- 2:20 PM: meet at the bus; departure at 2:30 PM.
- 3:10 PM–4:50 PM: free time in Le Crotoy, with the option of enjoying an apéritif at your own expense.
- 4:50 PM: meet at the bus; departure for Paris at 5:00 PM.
- Around 8:00 PM: arrival in Paris, depending on traffic.
The tour leader may adjust times or the order of the stops if traffic or another unforeseen circumstance requires it. At each stop, the meeting time announced by the tour leader takes priority. You may join the proposed group activities or explore independently, provided that you return to the bus on time.

Practical information
Bring your picnic, snacks and enough to drink: the lunch stop has no nearby restaurant, brasserie or supermarket. A reusable flask is recommended. Bring a valid identity document, your booking confirmation and your valid membership card if you already have one.
A reminder with the meeting details and any final instructions is sent by email by 10:00 PM on the day before departure. Arrive early: the bus leaves on time.

MEETING POINT
Meet at Porte d’Orléans, on the square in front of the statue of General Leclerc, Marshal of France:
42-54 Rue de la Légion Étrangère, 75014 Paris
Your tour leader will be waiting for you next to the statue.
CANCELLATION
Optional cancellation insurance provides a 100% refund with supporting documentation for an eligible reason, or a 70% refund without supporting documentation. Without insurance, the ticket is non-refundable but may be transferred subject to the applicable deadlines and fees. Please read the terms and conditions.

However, they are not a specialized tour guide. If you require the services of an expert guide, these may be arranged with local guides at an additional cost.
- The proposed visits are suggestions and may be adapted according to your personal preferences and the pace of the day.
- It is possible to travel independently during the day, provided that you respect the scheduled meeting and departure times.
