Nice Carnival Day Trip
The Polyglot Club community invites you to experience the unique atmosphere of the Nice Carnival during a friendly day trip departing from Marseille and Aix-en-Provence on Saturday, February 13, 2027.
During the Carnival, Nice is transformed: colorful floats, flowers, music, street entertainment and a festive atmosphere throughout the entire city. Everyone can enjoy the day at their own pace, with the option to attend the famous Battle of Flowers.
This excursion will be hosted in two languages, French and English, by your polyglot guide.

Sales are planned to open on October 1, 2026, subject to the required confirmations. Reservations are currently closed.
Payment in two parts: pay the deposit online when booking opens (19.99 € / 25.99 € / 39.99 € for SUPER PROMO / PROMO / Standard), then pay the remaining €30 on the coach on departure day. The €30 balance is included in the total price. Booking is not open yet.

1. Departure from Marseille
Meeting point next to Saint-Charles train station, near the entrance of the Faculty of Science Saint-Charles (Place Victor Hugo).
Meeting time: 7:15 am

2. Pick-up in Aix-en-Provence
Avenue Henri Mouret, next to the Partouche Casino.
Meeting time: 7:45 am
Departure no later than 8:00 am
3. Nice – Carnival and free time
Arrival in Nice in the late morning.
Discovering the city in full carnival atmosphere.
Guided walk through the city center, the Old Town (Vieux-Nice) and around Place Masséna.
Free time to enjoy the decorations, the festive atmosphere, take photos, go shopping or relax at a café terrace.
Free lunch break around 12:30 pm
Everyone can have lunch according to their preferences in the Old Town or around Cours Saleya.
Flower Parade: optional paid ticket
If a Flower Parade is confirmed for this day in 2027, you will be able to admire flower-covered floats, enjoy the entertainment and watch flowers being thrown to the audience. Attendance remains subject to confirmation of the official programme and purchase of a separate ticket.

Optional Carnival tickets — not included
Carnival is announced for 9–28 February 2027; a Flower Parade on 13 February remains unconfirmed because published information conflicts.
The previous option was a standing promenade ticket, €14 per adult and €5 for ages 6–12 in 2026: these are historical references, not guaranteed 2027 prices.
Final prices, areas and times will be provided before our sales open.
Then book the show separately through the official Carnival ticketing website, checking date and area.

Without a show ticket, explore the Promenade des Anglais, Old Town, Cours Saleya and optionally Castle Hill.

Next to Marseille Saint-Charles station, by the entrance to the Faculty of Sciences Saint-Charles on Place Victor-Hugo, at the “Faculté Saint-Charles” bus stop.

Avenue Henri-Mouret, Quai 28, two minutes on foot from the bus station, on the Casino Partouche side of the avenue. Groups are now picked up at Quai 28, not Quai 25.

Refund Conditions
To be fully refunded, you must purchase the cancellation insurance option available on our ticketing platform. In the absence of cancellation insurance, you can still transfer your ticket to another person for free. In this case, please inform us of the name of the person to whom you have transferred the ticket.
Late Arrival
We reserve the right to refuse participation to individuals arriving late for the first departure of the bus at the meeting point.
Non-Payment
We also reserve the right to refuse participation to individuals who have not paid the balance before the bus departs.
Participation of People with Disabilities
To ensure the safety and well-being of all our participants, we recommend that people with disabilities be accompanied by a support person throughout the excursion. Your safety is our priority, and by informing us in advance of your specific needs, we can ensure the best possible experience for you. If participation is not possible for safety reasons, a full refund will be offered.
Participation of Minors
Minor children must be accompanied by their parents, legal representatives, or guardians to participate. No waiver can be signed by our guides. If a minor arrives alone, we will not be able to allow their participation in the excursion, and a full refund will be offered.
